One of the top diet trends of 2020 will be the replacement of probiotic pills with real food. More people will seek their probiotics from fermented food and drinks such as sauerkraut, yogurt, and kombucha tea.

Since high-fiber foods act as prebiotics fueling probiotic growth, there are now more reasons to consume fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes.

Our ability to get our hands on hemp-based products, especially ones that can make us healthier, will also increase in 2020.
