Creams and Lotions
If none of the above options appeal to you then you can get CBD lotions or creams. Although less popular, CBD topical creams and lotions, are ideal for those who want to use CBD for joint pain and skin conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema. These topical creams can be rubbed onto the area of skin that needs pain relief.
CBD vaping is another option, for those who vape. You can buy vape juices that have CBD in and smoke your vape like you would with other e-juices.
How Much CBD to Take?
Once you’ve decided which CBD product to try, you’ll then be wondering how much CBD to take. There’s no exact science when it comes to how much CBD you should take, different factors will affect how your body responds to it.
For example, your body weight and body chemistry can determine how quickly you feel the effects of CBD and how long it lasts for. What works for your body might not work for somebody else’s body.
