The service is available on a wide variety of systems and basically gives live TV viewing to its customers. There are four different packages ranging from about $50 – $75 per month, depending on the number of channels you choose. Although the service is more expensive, it has the benefit of providing up to 90 live channels, and you can record your favorite shows unlike Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon services.
Sling TV can provide a happy medium for you if you’re hesitant about giving up your cable TV because it operates much like a cable service. Sling is especially nice for sports fans because it offers a variety of ESPN channels. If you sign up for Sling Blue and bundle it with the more bare-bones Orange, the combination will cost you $40 per month. It can, however, become more expensive if you add more channels.
